This home was originally designed and built for the 2006 Parade of Homes in Austin. We entered the design in the 2007 Best of American Living Awards and received a Silver Award for best home design in America of a one-of-a-kind speculative home over 6500 square feet..

It was designed to reflect the style and feel of a true tuscan home, but with a modern flow and finishes. Jon Luce Builder constructed the home and used the finest materials and craftsmanship.

I am very proud of the finished product and prestigious award.
